With one-on-one coaching, we’ll work over the phone to create the change you want to see. We’ll start with one area of your life and zero in on it. You may be surprised with what manifests.

Creation Session
We use energy to create and when we begin to create from the energy around us, we can materialize what we desire most. The goal of this session is to bring a specific creation from an idea to action and actualization. If you have something specific in mind and are struggling to make it happen, a creation session can help bring a sense of ease, joy, and flow to your process. If your idea is vague or scattered, then this type of session could bring you some clarity and momentum. Change the energy, change what’s showing up.
Investment: $150/hr.
Energy Pull
Your creations require energy. But first, let’s awaken the energies through a 15-minute customized energy pull that’s specific to your situation and the energies required. Similar to a guided meditation, you’ll leave this session with a recording you can play on repeat.
